Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Binge, including its apps, websites and video service (operated by Bounty Studio, Inc.). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Use accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not use another person's account without permission. You must meet the service's applicable age requirements and your region's requirements for entering these Terms. A parent or guardian must agree where required. Availability and content may vary by location.

3. Watching and Downloads

We grant you a limited, personal, noncommercial, nontransferable right to access content made available to you through the service, subject to your membership and applicable content restrictions. Content remains owned by us or its licensors. Do not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, scrape, bypass access controls or remove rights notices except where law expressly permits.

Downloads, where offered, are for playback within the app on your device. Availability depends on content rights, access level and device storage. Current downloads require keeping the app running. Offline copies are not a permanent purchase of the underlying content. Catalog titles and availability may change.

4. Membership and Billing

Some episodes require an active membership. Before you confirm a purchase, the checkout identifies its price, billing period and any applicable offer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Local currency, taxes and eligibility may affect the final price.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple and can be managed in your Apple subscription settings. Website purchases are processed through Stripe and RevenueCat; use the management link supplied with your purchase or contact support. Cancelling stops future renewals, with access generally continuing through the paid period unless a refund, revocation or applicable rule changes that access. Refunds are handled through the relevant payment provider and applicable law.

Restore Purchases rechecks eligible purchases for your account. Deleting the app or your Binge account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. We may change plans or prices with any notice or consent required by the payment provider and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use and Creator Content

Do not interfere with the service, evade purchase or access restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud or infringe another person's rights. If you submit creator content, you must have the necessary rights and permissions. You permit us to store, process, review and, if approved, distribute your submission through the service to the extent needed for those purposes. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative or infringing material. We may reject or remove submissions and restrict accounts for violations, subject to applicable law.

Report suspected infringement or other content concerns to support@bounty.app, identifying the content and the basis of your report. We may request information needed to investigate.

6. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. You can initiate account deletion in Profile → Account. You are responsible for separately managing recurring billing with the payment provider. We may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy and required by law.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, errors and changes can occur. Internet access, compatible devices and third-party services may be required. We may update features and content, or suspend access for security, legal or rights-related reasons. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer protections that apply by law.

8. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent enforceable and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights relating to fraud, gross negligence or personal injury.

9. Apple App Store

For an app obtained through the App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms or responsible for providing the service or support. Apple's applicable usage rules and purchase terms also apply. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce applicable third-party-beneficiary provisions concerning use of the app.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms and will provide any notice required by law. Changes will be identified by the date above. Questions about the service, billing or these Terms can be sent to Bounty Studio, Inc. at support@bounty.app.
